As an Arbitrator specializing in contract disputes since 1994, Mr. Shaw was active for over 20 years in the American Arbitration Association, affiliated with NYSE, FINRA, NASD Dispute Resolution, and Panelist, Contract Dispute Resolution Board of the City of New York. His great love of the law, language, teaching, and the company of lively intellects was gratified in his position of Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law since 1996. For over 20 years, his commercial drafting seminar in business contracts and transactions was a source of great joy to Mr. Shaw and pleasure to his students. For over 15 years a trustee of the Washington Association of New Jersey, he served as Vice President and Chairman of the Finance Committee.
