It was with profound sadness that I was told of Ed's passing earlier this week. Words cannot express how wonderful a man Ed Treich was and is. I was blessed to have walked with Ed and Jen and Donna during my four years at St. Bernard's, through some good times and some challenging times for all of us. What I will always treasure is Ed's smile, and his and Jen's constant presence at our intimate Saturday evening celebration of Holy Eucharist. And of course the cross Ed made as he recovered from a stroke. Ed, you served your church and your family and your Lord so well! And you blessed me ao richly, dear friend! I will miss you. I pray for Jen and your children, that you will know the sweet presence of Jesus as you grieve, and take comfort in knowing that Ed is in the nearer presence of the God who created and loves Ed. Rest in peace, brother, and rise in glory!

Dear Treich family,
Our family (Dennis, Jean, Tom, Susan, Ellen, Kathy & Jennifer Tolley) all send you our sincerest condolences. My favorite memory is when we used to ice skate on your pond in the winter and your dad would drive the truck onto the ice to make sure it was frozen enough and safe for us to skate on. Never mind that the truck my fall in! Hope you keep all your memories close to your heart. Much Love, Susan

I had the privilege of knowing Ed Treich and my life is better for it. He was an amazing man. Ed was one of the smartest people I have ever know and yet humble, strong work ethic and really a role model for all.
More than anything though seeing the love that Ed and Jen shared as husband and wife never failed to make me and I am sure many others very happy that such a wonderful relationship existed in this world.
My thoughts and prayers to the Treich family.

To Aunt Gen, Eddie, Kevin, Donna & Glenn, we wish you our love and comfort. I'll always remember my Uncle Ed as a fantastic builder and as a jokester and comedian. A flame burns a little less brighter today, but when the sun shines, we'll know it's him giving us the thumbs up.
Our love to you all,
Patty & Ron Rhodes

sorry to hear the sad news. The Scarano's would like to offer their condolence to the whole Treich family. Will never forget the times in the knowing your wonderful family and visiting your home on Cherry lane. Ed was a wonderful friend to my dad, Leo. And saying prayers for your mom when the car flipped over. I remember Cedar Hill with Ed, Jr. Your dad building company employed my dad's company. We will never forget your dad helping my dad when he really needed help. I remember saying hi and asking how he was doing over the years he always had the same reply,"It's a great day." Mr Treich, I hope you get to hang out with my dad in heaven and have lots of laughs.
