Obituary of Van T Boughton

Van T. Boughton, Jr., 90, of Basking Ridge passed away on August 1, 2015 at Fellowship Village. Van was born in New York City on April 16, 1925. He grew up in Plainfield NJ and graduated from Plainfield High School. He attended Lalayette College in PA where he achived his Bachlors degree in engineering in 1947. Van also attended MIT in 1949 receiving his Masters degree in chemical engineering. Van worked for Dewey and Almy Chemical Company and WR Grace Corp before retirering in 1989. He was a long time member of the American Chemical Society. He lived in for many years in Lexington MA, before relocating to Basking Ridge in 1975. Van is survived by his wife Elizabeth of 65 years. His two daughters Elizabeth Renick of Rockville MD, Jane Kuntz and husband John of Saylorsburg, PA. Two grandchildren Renick W. Morris, and Carlee J. Greening, great grandson Julius Grenning. Memorial Service will be held on August 8, 2015, 1:30 at Fellowship Hall, 9000 Fellowship Road, Basking Ridge, NJ.
