Jack, Dave and Hirsch Family,
I have known and been a close friend to Nancy for the entire 33 years that she had been part of the A. M. Best “family”. There was so much to love, that I loved, about her...listening to her talk about her vacations that she took to the various Caribbean islands each year; her love of all animals...dogs, cats, birds, horses, to name a few; the clothes that she wore...classic and tasteful, nice wool jackets, beautiful turtleneck sweaters (even in the summer!...she had to be warm!) and the great leather boots! And the sun was always shining brightly in her office, no blinds for her...the sunnier and the hotter...all the better! Over the years, we went to many, many lunches, as well as quite a few dinners and other social gatherings. I miss those fun times we spent together...so very much. And generous, she had the biggest of hearts, and would do almost anything to help someone that had a need, whatever it was. But she also was a very private person, who kept everything to herself, sometimes to a fault, including her recent condition. I had no idea that she was so ill. If only I had known. I will never see her again or her smile, or hear her wonderful, hearty laugh, or hear her say “Hanky, stop it...you drive me crazy”. She will be missed...I will miss her, so much...

Jack, Dave & Hirsch Family, I also worked with Nancy at A.M. Best. In fact when I started, Nancy took me under her wing and trained me and so we worked together in the same department for many years. As Henry Kane said, she was a very private person but was generous and giving and we shared many happy times over the years. I am grateful to have known her and shared many good times while we worked together.

My thoughts and prayers to everyone who knew and loved Nancy. I, too, worked with her at A.M. Best and she always took the time to help answer any and all questions. I missed her smile and laugh when she left the company and will miss it all the more now that I know I will never see or hear them again.

Jack and Dave and to all who knew her,
Nancy was a childhood classmate of mine throughout school in Bernards Township and I always loved her smile and laugh which came from deep in her heart. She was a lovely person, sweet and gentle and I am sorry to hear of her passing. I remember her love of animals (her pony Chocolate) and know you will miss her in your lives. My deepest sympathies to you and yours but I will share her memory as she was special.
