My sincere condolences to John's family. I was a member of the 53rd street gang while growing up in Bay Ridge with John. He was a great guy, always positive, never a bad thing to say about anyone. He was a great athlete, whenever we'd choose up sides for stick ball we was one of the first to be picked. I wasn't surprised he served his country during the war.He was that kind of man.
