Thinking and praying for such a beautiful family. Diane was such a warm and bubbly ray of sunshine that Jake always called Grandma Ogwen. Each and every time we saw her she greeted us as if we were part of her family. We will always remember taking walks in the neighborhood during the start of Covid lockdowns, and every night we’d walk by their house and she’d be sitting in the bay window and knock and wave to us with a huge smile. My family and I are broken-hearted over the loss of my dearest friend Diane whom I have known and loved for close to 60 years. From our days at Bell Labs up till last Wednesday when we had our last conversation we were confidants. So many memories (christenings, birthdays , graduations, weddings) and just the relaxing luncheon dates. Always on each other’s minds.
