I was saddened to read of Sherrill's passing. Our daughters were in school together in Long Hill Twp (Passaic Twp), and we shared many school events and milestones. I pray that happy memories will bring comfort to her family during this difficult time. Sincerely,
Jan, Denise, & Jaime (Szewczuk)

Dear Fred, Jennifer, Meredith, Melissa, Megan, and Your Families,
I was so sad and sorry to learn of Sherrill's passing and most sorry of all that I never got down to see her after moving back to New Jersey from Pennsylvania. My memories of Sherrill go back to the 70s when we were in our early 20s working at General Drafting. There were innumerable fun things that went on in that otherwise stuffy atmosphere that usually involved Sherrill in one way or another. I can remember her stenciling a group of numbers on a piece of paper that she somehow surreptitiously attached to the back of the new art director the day he wore a striped shirt to the office so that he would look like a prison inmate. I remember how we would all rush into someone's office shouting Tidal Wave Drill and jump on the desk and chairs, with our pants legs pulled up. Just the silliest stuff. I remember visits to the Tweedy home where Mrs. Tweedy and Karen and Michelle were always so welcoming and fun to be around. I remember Sherrill and Fred's wedding which was actually photographed by my ex, Bob. It was an honor to have been chosen as one of the bridesmaids and I always loved the dress Sherrill chose for us. I remember when all our babies started to arrive. I remember teasing Sherrill about Baby #4 and then finding out I was going to have my own Baby #4! I remember visiting periodically at each other's homes over the years while our kids were little. I remember phone calls in between. Sherrill's goodness and unfailing sense of humor went hand in hand, and I can see her right now saying a little something or other that is making an angel or two crack up. May she rest in peace and may all of you feel God holding your hands during this difficult time of grieving. Sending much love and condolences from me and the Jacobus children. Love, Ingrid Davidsen

Fred, Jen, Melissa, Meredith and Megan,
Sam and I were truly heartbroken to learn of Sherrill's passing. We have so many great memories of our time in Millington because Sherrill was the best neighbor we could have had. She had such a great influence on me and I loved her style. But most of all we loved her sense of humor. She could always make us laugh. We know she will live in our hearts forever and we will treasure those memories. Our deepest sympathy to you all.
Love, Lori Robinson

Always beautiful, strong, and kind. She knew how to crack a good joke. And she raised beautiful loving daughters that I am grateful to know. My love to all the Hunt family.

A wonderful kind soul, although Sherrill was sick , she still managed to crack jokes and poke fun at her loving husband.
