I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful mother, who was always my biggest advocate, or a better grandmother to my children, Anna Catherine and John Edward. Once, someone critiqued me, saying "you think your mother is a saint"; yup, I do.
Thank you to all of you who visited mom during her viewing, attended the funeral, came to the repast, sent a card, checked in on my dad, left comments here, ect. Is it both touching and comforting knowing how many people out there cared for my mother.

Rae was such a dear person, always laughing, great animated stories and the sweetest nature. She was such a wonderful person to be around. A dedicated member of the Garden Club, even helped weed! I will miss her very much, she was always the light in the room. May God hold her tight and enjoy all that she is. Leslie

As a member of the Bernardsville Garden Club, it was my honor and privilege to know Rae and work alongside her on our many Garden Club activities. She assumed the role of Treasurer from me and clearly raised the accounting and diligence bar! She was my right-hand person as Recording Secretary - again always improving on whatever came her way.
We were all shocked by her illness and tried to do what we could to let her know we were thinking of her and keeping her and her family in our prayers. Rae was a gentle soul, always cheerful and a very active and critical member of the Garden Club. She will be deeply missed, but not forgotten. God Bless.
