Obituary of Eileen W McGregor

McGregor, Eileen W. (Kelly) "Bonnie", 92, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown, RI. Born in Woburn, MA, the daughter of the late Charles L. Kelly and Pearl (Magnussen) Kelly, and Aunty and Papa Costello. She moved to NJ in the early 60's and settled in Bernardsville, where she raised her family. She spent summers at her home on Lake George, Hague, NY. She was diagnosed with Ahlzeimers in her early 80's and was able to stay in her home, cared for by her husband, Jim, until his passing in 2011. She moved to Rhode Island to be near her daughter. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Bernardsville, NJ. Eileen was pre-deceased by her husband James "Jim" Mcgregor and sister Margaret "Peg" Harrison. She is survived by her children: James "Jay" McGregor and his wife Bethanne of Wantage, NJ; Bonnie Considine and her husband Wayne, of Narragansett, RI; Colleen Straubel and her husband Mark, of Altamont, NY; and seven grandchildren: Reilly and Keeley McGregor; Aubrey and Wayne Considine; and Cailyn, Rebecca and Brian Straubel. Visitation will be held on February 6, 2015 from 9:00 – 10:30 am at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Bernardsville, NJ. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Basking Ridge.
