Obituary of Anthony Mazzocchi

Anthony G. Mazzocchi, Jr., aka "Jerry", of Bound Brook , is now at peace. Born in Summit, NJ on July 18, 1959 he passed away at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital , Somerville, NJ on October 6, 2015 after a lengthy illness. He resided in Bound Brook, prior to his death. He was predeceased by his Mother, Grace L. Mazzocchi and his brother in law Newt Turnbaugh in 2012. Anthony is survived by his Father, Anthony G. Mazzocchi ,Sr, of Berkeley Heights, His Sister Grace Mazzocchi of Gladstone and his Brother and Sister in law , Nicholas and Carol Mazzocchi of New Vernon. He is also survived by niece Nicole Mazzocchi Farina and her husband, Joseph Farina, and great nephew Joseph Farina , in addition to niece Marie Mazzocchi of Santa Monica, Ca. He is also survived by many cousins. Entombment will be held for family members on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, 11:00am at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Mt. Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the St. Jude's Children Research Center, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
