I am so sadden to hear about Professor DiMeglio's passing. He was by far the best professor I've ever had at DeVry. He went above and beyond to help his students absorb as much knowledge as possible. He stayed late or came earlier if needed. He would give so individual attention to each and every student each and every class. I never walked out of his class without learning something new. He truly was a pleasure. I will miss him greatly.

Dr. D, by far one of my favorite teachers at DeVry. As an adult who had gone back to school after a long hiatus you became a huge reason I stayed in it til the end. Thank you for the inspiration.

RIP Professor DiMeglio. You may not be here in the world of form, but your energy will always live on. I believe the mind never dies. I often think about your teachings. You taught us to think for ourselves, outside of the box, and to be who we are and to be true to ourselves. You had a big impact in my life. I remember how much you loved birds. My wife and I love birds too. There is a link with angels and wings, which, by their very nature, have to do with flight, with freedom and aspiration. Thanks for igniting the spark within us, to be all that we can be, and to have a positive mindset. The kind of mindset that frees us from our own minds. Professor, you will be missed greatly. Your good deeds and teachings will never die. May peace be with you my friend.

My condolences to Frank DiMeglio. I did not know Frank personally but I can imagine that he was a great man and loving father and husband if he was married with children. I'm a student at DeVry and sadden when there is death within our community. May God Bless his remaining family.

I had the honor and privilege of working with Frank for 8 years. He was a man with a brilliant mind and generous heart. Our last communication included a discussion about poverty in South Africa, Nelson Mandela, the Kennedys, and Rumi... There are not too many people that can converse deeply about each of the topics, let alone all in one sitting! Frank was unique in not only having the depth and breadth of knowledge, but also in sharing it with those around him, including his students, who he loved and who also appreciated and adored him.
I share a quote by Rumi in memory of Frank.
"Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes....because for those who love with heart and soul, there is no such thing as separation." - Rumi (Persian Poet and Sufi)
Frank loved with his heart and soul.
With all my love to the Dimeglio Family.

Dr D, was such an amazing man sent from God. I enjoyed every bit of his lectures in DeVry. I was shocked to hear about such transition especially because I had booked an appointment with him but never heard from him again. I was so surprised not to hear from him because he is always prompt to respond to one's request. He is such a God fearing man.
Dr D, I pray that the God who sent you to this world receive you in good faith into His bosom.
My condolences to the entire family.

Dr. DiMeglio was an amazing person I only knew him for a brief time in school however; that was more than enough time for him to motivate, inspire, and educate my life. He would truly be missed for being such a great and compassionate person. My prayers go out to Dr. DiMeglio family, may the Lord guide you through this hard time.
In your hands, O Lord,
we humbly entrust our brothers and sisters. In your hands, O Lord,we humbly entrust our brothers and sisters.
In this life you embraced them with your tender love;
deliver them now from every evil
and bid them eternal rest.
The old order has passed away:
welcome them into paradise,
where there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain,
but fullness of peace and joy
with your Son and the Holy Spirit
forever and ever.
Amen.

Few people can impact your life the way Frank did. I was fortunate to have shared 8 weeks with him being my Marketing Professor at DeVry. Being truly motivated by Frank and his classroom antics, I managed to recently graduate with my MBA with distinction and speak on behalf of my class at this past June's ceremony.
I remember speaking with Frank prior to the start of the ceremony, and him offering one last boost of confidence of how I shouldn't be nervous and will do fine. In Hebrew we say Frank was a mensch, a true man, a kindred soul. He had a way with his students that was unique, lovable and kind.
Frank was all you wanted in a professor, and friend. I am glad to have called him both.

I am sorry for your loss. Frank was a special person and gave us all something more to reach for.
I am in France now with DeVry/Keller graduate students on their Summer Session Abroad. These were the kind of special programs Frank gave such support and attention to. His concern for the students and his family were always foremost on his mind.
God go with you and your family.

I am very sad to hear about the passing of Dr. DiMeglio. I was one of his undergrad students, and he was the one professor that really inspired me to pursue a degree in marketing. While completing my MBA, I was extremely excited to see that I would be having him for my final course this past Spring. Not only was he a caring person, but a great motivator as well. He always told us to "Be our brother's keeper", whether it be in business or life in general, and that is a quote from him that has stuck with me and always will for the rest of my life.
My sincerest condolences to Frank and his family and friends.

I'm so sorry about the untimely passing of Frank DiMeglio, a good friend and colleague. It was my great pleasure to be a guest lecturer for some of his classes at DeVry. It was clear that his students were very inspired by him -- and learned a lot. My thoughts and prayers go out to Frank's son Evan, who I know well, and whose success clearly reflects Frank's influence. And I want to add my condolences to all of Frank's family.
Sincerely,
