Jeri, I was trying to get in touch with you to tell you some family business (Seifert) and found that your number had been disconnected. So I did a search and this came up. I am so very sorry about your Joe. I hope this finds it's way to you. I will try to use your email address please call if you still have my number. Sherrie

Joe you will be missed. I enjoyed golfing with you so much and your enthusiasm and spirit for the game were the best. Because of my interest in the golf course and the farming nature and my multi-year membership of the green committee, it was suggested to me that I should run for the CHCC Board of Trustees. After submitting my resume to the Nominating
Committee, I was assigned an interview time. Wouldn't you know, Joe was the lead interviewer. After being elected, you were a solid supporter through some difficult few years where golf course progress was really challenging in balancing golf course budget and membership expectations. With your friendship and support on the course, I always felt a strong bond with you. Thanks Joe so much. You will be a lifelong memory to me.

I will always remember Joe. He called me Natesy and I called him Joesy. He always had a smile and always looked at the bright side of the coin. May all the good memories help ease your loss.

One of the nicest men I've known at Copper Hill and anywhere else.

Jeri and Family,
We were so sad to hear of Joe's passing. Matter of fact, John has one of Joe's clubs that he traded him for, it has been pretty good for him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Joe was an important part of the junior golf program at Copper Hill. He was so patient with the young golfers, including our son. We remember Joe fondly and hope he's found a foursome in heaven.
