Remembering as a child visiting you with my mother at your house. Seeing you with Aunt Anne and Uncle Gordon at the opening of the farm. I'll always remember you and your smile.

As I think of it, it's been nearly 40 years that I've known Dot. I can honestly say I met her during some of the best days of my life at the Madison YMCA - the beginning of a lifelong friendship with both of you, Chuck and Sue.
I am truly grateful for my friendship with her and each of you, and the kindness you have always shown me and my family. As I suspect, Dot would have it no other way.

Dot and I are the last two “old girls” in the family. I remember taking her for walks when she was only 4 and I was 14. We became very close these last few years after Dot characteristically jumped in to help my sister, Diane, when she had her strokes. We were the last two who could reminisce about our families in the 40’s and 50’s. I loved Dot and will dearly miss our very enjoyable phone conversations every month.
