Norma Scavuzzo, 92, of Basking Ridge passed away on June 22nd 2010 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was born in Plainfield, NJ and was a resident of Basking Ridge for 23 years. Norma was a member of the New Jersey Realtors Association for many years. Norma is survived by her daughters Donna Lowich and husband Walter of Bridgewater, NJ and Mary Lou Koury and husband Kenneth of Ringwood, NJ, four grandchildren Jeffrey Lowich, Kenneth L. Koury, Jonathan Koury and Kimberly Koury, and one great-granddaughter, Karaleen Lowich. She is also survived by her sister Margaret Quirk of Sandwich, MA. Norma is predeceased by her husband Louis , son James Scavuzzo, and brothers Frank Taranta and Joseph Taranta. A liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Friday June 25th at 10 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 111 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ 07924.
