I read with amazement Angelo's obituary; and, suddenly, the years peeled away as I remembered the "older brother" in the family that lived next door on Grove Street when I was growing up. I remembered when he joined the CCC and when he went off to war.
It was early in the 1950's when I lost contact with the family, but my memories are so clear that it seems like yesterday.
