I am saddened by the news. I met her when I served as pastor of St. Mary Armenian Church of Livingston, NJ. She was indeed a very faithful (full of faith) Christian and lived her faith in every aspect of her life. Our prayers are with all her sons and the rest of the family. May the Lord receive her soul into His eternal Kingdom.

Wonderful Joyce and Leon were long-time neighbors and friends. We remember them so clearly: his smile and embracing warmth...her intelligence and caring spirit. As parents, their committment to the boys was as joyous as it was steadfast. After Leon's passing, Joyce continued on in her remarkable way. "Well done, thy good and faithful servant."
