Obituary of John Walter Orlando

John W. Orlando, 89, of Basking Ridge, NJ, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 7, 2013, at his residence, with his family at his side. John was born in New York City, NY. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1943-1946. He was employed by the Duro-Test Corporation in North Bergen, NJ, for 38 years. John was the beloved husband of Alice Kirsch Orlando, loving father of ColleenOrlando Donovan and father-in-law of Timothy Donovan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, from 4-7p.m at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge NJ. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, 10:00 AM at St. James Church in Basking Ridge, NJ. Interment will be private.
