Anne Manto, 85, passed away Monday, April 19, 2010 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was born in Bernadsville and was a life long resident. She was an English teacher for 31 years at Jonathan Dayton Regional High School, Springfield, NJ. Anna was a devoted Catholic, having served as a lector and Eucharistic minister of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Bernardsville, NJ. She was also a member of the companions of Pauline, a catholic order, and the club of Anawim, Oxford, NJ. She is survived by her devoted sister, Mildred Manto of Bernardsville, and devoted cousins, Nicholas Cirignano of Bedminster, Rose Cirignano of Bernardsville, and George LaVecchia of East Hanover, and several other cousins. Liturgy of Christian burial will be held on Friday April 23, 2010 at 11 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Bernardsville, NJ. Relatives and Friends are invited to visit at Our Lady of Perpetual Help from 9 AM until the mass time at 11 AM. At the request of the family, flowers will not be accepted.
