Scott Bruce Forman, 62, of Basking Ridge, NJ passed away peacefully on June 15, 2024 at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ. Visitation will be held at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home, 101 South Finley Ave, Basking Ridge NJ on Wednesday June 19, 2024 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

Scott was born in Washington NJ to Alice Perlmutter Forman and Sidney Forman on March 20, 1962. Scott went to West Orange High School and graduated in 1980.

Scott worked as CEO/Owner for Fi Companies for over 30 years. Fi Companies was a general contracting services company which began in 1984.

Scott was an expert skier, an avid boater and enjoyed fishing. He loved his family, friends and spending the holidays with everyone. He enjoyed listening and singing to his favorite music.

Scott is survived by his wife Donna Fioravanti Forman, his daughters Jaclyn and Jessica, his mother Alice Perlmutter Forman, sisters Cathie Forman, Debbie Forman, brother Steven Forman and twelve nieces and nephews.

Scott is preceded in death by his father Sidney Forman.
