Obituary of Emilio "Emil" Spadone, Jr.

It is with sadness that we share the passing of our father, Emil Spadone Jr., who departed on May 26, 2024, at the age of 95. Emil passed away in the comfort of his home in Califon, New Jersey. He was born on May 4, 1929, to Emilio and Minnie Spadone in Newark, New Jersey.

Emil served in the United States Army during the Korean War and had a successful career in the construction industry. He was predeceased by his wife, Sandra Spadone, and is survived by his children, Emil Spadone III, Toni Martin, and Patsy Dewey, as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 4:00-6:00pm at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 2:00pm at The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 111 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ. Cremation services will be private for the family.
