While my heart is broken over Bill's death, my spirit also rejoices in knowing this fine man of God is in our Saviour's loving care above. Bill was one of the finest Presbyterian Elders with whom I've every worked, and was a trusted friend and adviser during my ministry there. I will miss my dear friend.
