Obituary of Glenn A Molnar

My beloved husband and best friend Glenn Anthony Molnar, 53 of Basking Ridge NJ passed away on January 14th, 2023.  

He leaves behind his wife, Alicia Molnar, his two children, Chase and Grayson Molnar, his parents Arlene and Jim Molnar of Manalapan NJ, two sisters, Lynn Aulenbach and Donna Kish. He also leaves behind his six nieces, Jessica, Emily, Stephanie, Sarah, Isabelle, Alexandra and Emma and three nephews, Jamie, Michael and Matthew.

Glenn was born in New Brunswick NJ and was raised in HIghland Park, NJ.  He attended William Paterson University and had a long, successful career in Engineering in the Telecommunications industry.  Glenn was employed at French & Parrello Associates in Wall Township where he proudly worked as a Senior Project Manager.  

Glenn was a devoted Father and loyal friend. To Glenn, family was everything.  Whether it was a short getaway to Lake George with his wife and kids or the annual Molnar family summer vacation to his parents home in Kiawah Island SC where so many wonderful memories were made over the last 25 years.

Glenn was a music lover, played the drums, and most recently taught himself the bass guitar which was given to him by a very special friend.  Glenn loved Pink Floyd and the Giants.  He recently took his children to a Pink Floyd concert in NYC which was the highlight of 2022 for him.  

He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.  

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20th, 2023 at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home, 101 S Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ from 10:00 - 12:00pm. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 noon - 12:45pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Somerset Hills Memorial Park, 95 Mt Airy Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.  A reception will follow.
