Obituary of Charles A Pascarella

Charles Angelo Pascarella, 77, of Basking Ridge, NJ passed away on Oct. 7, 2022 in his home surrounded by his family.

Visitation will be held at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 South Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, NJ on Oct 10th from 4-7 pm.
Funeral services will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 250 Bebout Avenue, Stirling, NJ at 10:00 am Tuesday, October 11th with Reverend Richard Carton officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 145 Mt Airy Road, Basking Ridge NJ.

Charles was born in Queens, New York on September 29th 1945 to Margaret and Charles Pascarella Sr. He graduated from Morris Catholic High School in Denville, New Jersey and then went on to serve in the Army during the Vietnam war. Charles spent over 50 years as a Certified Investment Management Analyst after earning his certification from the Wharton School of Business.

Charles believed in giving back to the community by serving and supporting many nonprofit organizations. He was a former board member of the Paper Mill Playhouse, the Morris Museum and Morris Catholic High School. He was also on the finance committee serving the Bishop of the Diocese of Paterson.

 He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Maryann and four adult children, Philip, Lori, Michael and Dianne, two daughter-in-laws, Tina and Monica, and six grandsons, Kevin, Thomas, Anthony, Matthew, Joseph and Daniel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
