My sincerest condolences to the entire family. I haven’t seen Ann in many years but she was always so kind and welcoming to me when I was a young wild child. I have very fond memories of spending Friday nights with Chris at the Breault house watching Dukes of Hazard and eating something tasty prepared by Ann.
Peace and love to you all

To John, Christopher and Suzanne,
From Cynthia: My heart is broken--I no longer have my sister, but in many ways Ann will always be with me. I'm sure you all feel similarly, and I send you my deepest sympathies.
Ann was a wonderful big sister who did so much for me, and we had so much fun together. She tried to teach me how to drive our family's 1954 Ford, but she wasn't working with a great student. Many years for my birthday, she would give me a beautiful new purse -- I wish I still had them all. When I was having my first child, Parker, she supplied me with all my new baby needs.
We didn't always live in the same town, or even the same state or country! But we kept in close touch, and she was always there to support me when I needed her, and I tried to be there for her too. I will miss her.
From Bruce: I too send you my sympathy and condolences.
I first met all of you and Ann in 1991, when Cindy and I visited you in Bernardsville. I felt very welcomed to the family. Over the years, we visited Ann and John as often as we could, and they visited us in Charlottesville, Ottawa, Victoria and Edmonton. I was always especially touched by Ann's warmth and kindness.

Aunt Ann always treated me with kindness and love. One of my last memories of her was at my sister Lindsay's post wedding trip to Jasper. She demanded I let her wash, dry and fold my laundry and returned it to me in such a motherly and genuinely supportive manner. I have tears in my eyes as I write this and will never forget her warmth and generosity. What a sweet human being Ann was. She will be missed.
Love,
Parker

Ann was a wonderful aunt. We had the privilege to have her and the whole family at our wedding in 2015 after not seeing them for many years. She will be greatly missed.
Love Todd Daggett, Audrey DeWaele and our son Graham

Aunt Ann and I always had a special connection. We share the same first name (after her mother) and birth week. Ann and John traveled all the way to Edmonton, Canada to celebrate my wedding. Despite living thousands of miles apart, we maintained our relationship through Christmas and birthday cards. I will miss her so much.
To John, Christopher and Suzanne and everyone who loved Ann - I wish I could be with you now. Please know that my family and I are thinking of you.
Love,
Margaret Lindsay Komar

How often does a girl that you were sweet on become a "gal pal" when she falls in love with one of your best friends? Not often, I guess, but I happened this time for me. Some of my very best memories were of stick ball nights behind Lincoln School that summer after we graduated. John, you had a great gal, and richly deserved the life you enjoyed together. I wish I could be there with you during this time of mourning, but I promise to do so just as soon as we get back from our winter home. Hugs and Blessings. -- Rudi
