I did not learn of Nada's passing until recently and I am so saddened that such a loving, amazing, caring friend and mentor left our world much too early. She was adored by all who knew her, constantly wore a big smile on her face, and encouraged us all to be better people. She was an inspiration and is sorely missed. May her family be comforted by the beautiful memories they have of her and the hundreds of lives she touched so very deeply.
With love,
Cathy Nenninger

Nada - I so admired you - we met at Radford and you and your family showed me such a wonderful time at your home and taking me into New York and putting me in the front seat of that cab because you wanted to share my southern accent. To he beach in NJ that water was freezing in the middle of the summer. I will never for get those times. So thankful to have met you and your loved ones and that you excelled in your career and your beautiful children. Bless you and your family. You are not forgotten.

Where do I begin for there are no words that can express my deepest sorrow in the loss of Nada. She touched my life in so,so many ways. I had the honor of reporting to Nada for 15 years....she was an amazing boss and mentor. Her patience, guidance, wealth of knowledge and ability to not only lead you to the water but also to welcome you to take a drink. She walked me off many a ledge during our time together....always making one feel safe and confident to go the extra mile. She always let me and many others vent so that we could face another day working in the ever-changing work environment. I was so looking forward to the next chapter of our lives as friends for we were now both retired and could move on from boss & employee. Selfishly that void pains me the most....but, I am so grateful that our paths met even for awhile for I am clearly a better person for it.
RIP my friend!!!!!
Always.

Nada was my Supervisor for over 8 years and I always looked forward to her Professional visits and conversations.
She was a wealth of information and always put our customer and our patients first.
She talked about her family and her dogs all the time and how much she enjoyed her job as well as her time off.
We had a mutual love of boating and the shore.
She will be missed.

I only had the pleasure of working for Nada for a short period of time, but I always enjoyed our conversations and greatly respected her wealth of knowledge and experience. Her light shined through when she talked about her family and I remember sharing laughs over our funny dog names. She will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to her family.

Nada and I put together the first wound center in Elizabeth. We also brought hyperbaric oxygen to Union county our only competing hospital was Morristown. We had a great understanding how to run a wound care and during my time there we instituted a unit that was considered for greater things. She understood my quirks and I hers. Over our ten plus years ,We made a good team together. I was sorry to see her leave Trinitas hospital but I knew she was meant for bigger things and happily was able to accomplish them. I enjoyed discussing her children and dogs.
I enjoyed the my friendship with Tom and he has mine and my wife sincere sympathy. Having experienced the loss of my daughter I know and feel his pain. Time will soften the grief and allow only the good memories to remain.

Like many others, I had the privilege of reporting to Nada. Nada was an awesome leader and mentor, wise, funny, and candid. She was an expert in her field and never hesitated to share her knowledge and support to make us better -- and guide us out of a mess or two. Her love for life, highlighted by her love for her family came through whenever I had the opportunity to spend a little down time with her. My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to her loved ones. I’m saddened to hear about the passing of my previous colleague, mentor, and friend. Nada led our team through encouragement and kindness. I am grateful to have worked with her and more-so to have learned from her.
On behalf of the Jabbour family, I offer my deepest condolences to Nada’s family. Her face would light up when she spoke about her children or the next trip with her husband. Through this difficult time I will pray that God gives you comfort.
The picture above is from an award ceremony where Nada and I (unplanned) wore the same color scheme and shared a laugh about how in sync we were when it came to a photo-op.

My best memory of Nada is when she was Mrs. Claus on the Santa train, so elegant in her white stole, making all the kiddies so happy as they cheered for her upon her entrance. Rest in peace, Nada. Your family will miss you every second.

Thomas, Nick and Katey I am absolutely devastated and at a loss for words. I started working with Nada in 1996 at the infamous DMC and have many memories that I will treasure forever. Although we lost touch over the years, I thought of her often. She was an amazing person and I am so lucky to have worked along side of and learned from the best. She will always be my Jefe.
