My Dear Friend Cathy, Hi, it's me Jane. I just learned you moved to Heaven, so I guess that means you are skipping out on buying me dinner. I will always think of you. We quit smoking together; we kept laughing together; you helped me through so much stuff, and still we laughed. Today I am crying happily knowing you are now at Peace. Hope it's going well for you in Heaven, and I will look forward to our next encounter. Love, Jane

I met Cathy Marie when we were 17 y.o. college Freshmen. We shared more laughs than we could ever remember - far outweighing the number of cries! Wooly was a kind, sensitive and generous friend.
I will miss you dearly... glad your pain has ceased. XXOO Madge

I worked with Cathy and worked for Cathy - and over twenty- plus years together, we became friends as well.
Words fail to express my sadness at her passing and I’m devastated to think of ‘business-as-usual’ without her insights and intelligence. To say that she will be missed is the ultimate understatement. I’ll be at the wake tonight and am looking forward to celebrating her life and spirit.

Wooly was one of the greatest young women we graduated from Immmaculata- a faithful student, alum, friend, and genuinely all-around, fun to be with, always in touch, source of much joy to us all. I deeply mourn her death and offer sincere sympathy to all her family and friends. I left for retreat on the 22nd and didn't learn of her death till today-- was praying all the while. LOve and prayers, Sister Agnes (SED)

Cathy, it has been ages since we last saw or talked to each other. That does not diminish the fondness of my memories of you nor the value of your having touched the lives of many including me and our former co-workers. Rest in peace.
