Obituary of Patricia E Limon

Patricia Taborelli Limon, 88, of Westfield, NJ died suddenly and peacefully on Friday, December 25, 2020 at Juniper Village, Assisted Living in Chatham, NJ. Mrs. Limon was born in Union City, NJ to parents Elizabeth Martin and Charles Taborelli. Patricia graduated from Emerson High School in Union City and with family, moved to Cliffside Park, NJ. Patricia worked for New York Telephone before marrying Joseph Limon. Pat and Joe raised their family in Fort Lee, NJ and later moved to Westfield, NJ. While raising two daughters, Eve and Patricia, Pat went to work in the Fort Lee public school system and then returned to the phone company finally retiring from Verizon. Pat and Joe were married for 61 years. They had a lifelong love affair and enjoyed spending time with family and travelling. Pat was an amazing craftsperson, particularly in needlework, and created beautiful items for family and friends. Affectionately known as “Bobby” to her grandchildren, John Patrick Carroll and Nora Elizabeth Carroll she enjoyed sharing her hobbies and taking day trips to local attractions. Pat is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Carla and Thomas Kocaj, as well has her children Eve Limon and Patricia Carroll, her son-in-law John Carroll and grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 111 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ at 10:00AM.
