Donald F. Delano posted a condolence

Sergeant Ken Campbell was my first supervisor at the JFK Command upon my graduation from the Academy in 1977 and today, forty three years later, I still remember his class, kindness, friendship and professionalism. Ken took me under his wing, answering my many questions and becoming my mentor for the time we worked together. He transferred to another Command, but left me with an open door to call if I needed help or advice. As the years went by, I never passed up the opportunity to shake his hand whenever our paths crossed. Ken was a great SBA executive and instrumental in obtaining many of the important benefits current Sergeants enjoy. I will always hear his voice, "Hey, Brother" and remember what a great guy he was. Everyone liked and respected him. My family and I offer our sincere condolences to his wife and she should know Ken spoke of his own family often and with great pride. May his soul rest in peace.
Respectfully,
Lieut. Donald F. Delano (Ret.)

My dear Dad, Ray Kalafsky, considered Kenny his most beloved friend. Mr. Campbell will assuredly be remembered for his love of family, commitment to his work serving his country, community and those in need as well as his passion for a good game of poker. I am confident my father will greet Mr. C. with the biggest hug as the reunite in heaven. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Carol Braun
