I have been honored to know Marie through the friendship she and Bryan shared as neighbors with my parents, Ellen & Joe Timko. Marie is a lovely and gracious woman...very kind with a fun sense of humor. I admire her greatly and I will miss her. The world lost a special soul with Marie's passing. May Marie live in our hearts and minds forever. May Marie rest in love and peace.
With deep sympathy,
Nancy Timko

My condolences are extended to Marie's family. It was my pleasure to become acquainted with Marie through our DAR membership. Marie served as a member of The Founders Committee, the governing board of Watson House, our DAR State Headquarters, for several years. She was always such an inspiration to all of us. Marie was a true Christian lady in every sense of the word and will be dearly missed by her many friends. Margaret A. Post, Past Chairman of The Founders Committee

A message to Marie's family: I spoke to Fr. Bob Connor yesterday a priest friend of Opus Dei. Informed him of Marie's passing. He had visisted her several months ago....She had a lot of respect for him and his preaching. He has offered to say the Mass for her today. I know she would be very pleased and grateful.

My deepest condolances to Marie's family. She loved them so much. Marie was a classy lady who was an inspiration to me and others who knew her. I will cherish the time we spent together driving to the Evenings of Recollections at St. Thomas in Madison. She became my friend and confidant and we shared many tears and laughs together. She told me more than once how grateful she was to the people in Opus Dei for their prayers and guidence through out her life. We love you Marie and will miss you terrible. Rest in peace dear friend...Now would you please pray for us.!

My condolences to the family.
I truly will miss Marie. She was a matriarch & mentor to me.
As I look back of all the times we spoke on the phone & talked about the Lord & how he worked in our lives.
We had great times at our Circle, Evenings of Recollections & the retreat weekends we had spent in silence.
May Marie's soul Rest in Peace.
God bless her in eternity.
