Obituary of Regina Blejwas

Regina (Reggie) Blejwas, 92, previously of Clark and Cranford, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, 10 March 2020 at Fellowship Village, in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Regina was born in Clark, New Jersey on 19 July 1927 to Cecilia and Andrew Blejwas. she was a graduate of Springfield Regional High School and was employed at GAF Chemical company in Linden, New Jersey, retiring in 1988. Regina is survived by her brother, Ed Blejwas and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Stasia Althoff, Irene Farrell, Jean Petersen, and Wanda Sviatoslavsky and brothers Stanley, Edward, Walter and Joseph Blejwas. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, 14 March 2020 at St James Catholic Church In Basking Ridge with Monsignor Cronin officiating. Burial will be at St Gertrude’s Cemetery in Colonia, New Jersey. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, 13 March 2020 at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home, 101 South Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society the family wishes to extend their gratitude to Fellowship Skilled Nursing and Hospice
