Obituary of Rose Bencivengo

Rose Capice Bencivengo, 100, life long resident of Bernardsville, NJ passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019 at Fellowship Village Nursing Home, Basking Ridge, NJ. Rose was born to Rosa and Benedetto Capice in Bernardsville NJ where she grew up. She mnarried Chester Bencivengo December 22nd, 1943. 2 children Patricia and Barbara Rose is survived by her daughter Barbara Robinson of Oklahoma. Her 4 grandchildren: Michael Mossa and wife Kristin of Basking Ridge. Annemarie Mossa of Hillsborough, Christina Dominick and husband Sloan of Oklahoma and Deanne Farlow of Oklahoma. She is also survived by her 7 great grandchildren: Nick, Bella, and Michael of NJ. Ashley, Shawnae, Kaytlynn, and Madeline of Oklahoma, 4 great great grandchildren: Gavin, Ashton, Granger, and Sam of Oklahoma. Several caring nieces and numerous friends. She is predeased by her husband Chester Bencivengo, daughter Patricia Mossa, her parents, 4 sisters and 3 brothers and son-in-law Herb Robinson. Visitation will be held on January 5, 2020 at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 from 12:00 – 3:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 6, 2020, 10:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 111 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ.
