There is so much to say, yet one can never truly find the words that describe Walli. However, first and foremost, a loss for many, a gain for the heavens. Walli was a good person, friend, artist and musician. She adored her children and never a time I spent in her company, that their names did not come up. She made a difference in my life. I cherished our conversations. Her work is an extension of who she is and always will be - Magnificent!!

Walteen’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

My deepest condolences to the family for this tremendous loss. May the words found at Isaiah 26:19 bring you comfort in knowing that you will one day see Walteen again.
Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life"

My deepest sympathy to the entire family for your loss. As the days continue to pass, may our loving Father give the entire family sustenance and strength you need to continue cope with the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in your precious memories and love shared. May the words of 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 “ Blessed be... the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials “ bring the entire family comfort and strength. Please accept my sincere condolences.

I remember her smile just as sweet as the one in her picture. But, There was a special moment in time that my Aunt Wally & I shared when we were in Virginia Beach. I was in my early teens when I expressed an interest in learning to paint. Shortly after, she had given me a painting kit and we sat together on the beach in lawn chairs facing the dunes at 83rd Street. With our canvas & brushes, A, Wally taught me painting techniques as we shared thoughts & got to know each other better. A memory I will always cherish ♥️
