Our hearts are broken…
Willie and I are one of the very lucky couples that met Frank and Rose on one of those fabulous vacations they always took. It was in Scottsdale, AZ that we met. There was an immediate connection with much laughter and hours of debate and discussion in the blue pools with temperatures around 50 Deg C.
For many years we met every July in Scottsdale in the desert, we even met Marcella once.
There were many great dinners and a great friendship was formed. Life takes us all over the world so we kept in touch on Facebook.
Willie and I really thought we will see Frank and Rose soon again, like next year.
But now we won’t…rest in peace Frank, you were a force of nature.
Rose, Marcella and Tiffany please accept our condolences. We wish you much strength at this time.

I would like to extend my condolences to Mrs. Latino and her family, and share these wonderful promises from the Scriptures. May they help you endure the loss of Frank, for Jehovah is the God of all comfort. “Do not be anxious.....but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” Isaiah 26:4; 2 Corinthians 1:3-4; Philippians 4:6-7 NWT. And in the future, sickness will be gone forever from the earth. “No resident will say: “I am sick.” Isaiah 33:24; Revelation 21:3, 4 NWT. Peace, and many happy memories of Frank be with you.

Frank was a truly caring person who inspired the girls on the Comets by his kindness and leadership skills. I know a number of kids who grew up including our daughter benefiting from Frank’s humor and positive outlook on live. Rest In Peace my friend!

The world lost a great man who touched so many with his kind heart. I am grateful to have been coached by Mr. Latino and cherish so many fond memories of our days on the Comets, but more so how he cared about each of us. Praying for you all to find peace during this difficult time.
