Obituary of Harry C Snow

Harry C. Snow long time resident of Basking Ridge, NJ passed away on March 12, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Merrie, son Steven, his sister Muriel, brothers-inlaw Viggo, Robert, and Douglas, nieces Suzan and Ayla, and sister-in-law Marcia. Born in Glen Ridge and raised in Morristown, New Jersey, Harry joined the Navy in 1952 and served for four years as a Builder Petty Officer. He was stationed in the Philippine Islands working with the Seabees unit. He received an honorable discharge in 1956. After returning stateside he was employed with the pharmacy research division of Ciba in Summit, NJ. Retiring in 1997, Harry enjoyed traveling with family and friends and appreciating the great outdoors in National Parks, Ocean Grove, and his own backyard. Donations may be made in Harry’s name to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, Madison, NJ or the Liberty Corner First Aid Squad, 740 Martinsville Rd., Liberty Corner, NJ 07938. Funeral Services will be scheduled at a later date.
