Obituary of Josephine C Parrillo

Josephine Carmela Parrillo (Mom Mom) died peacefully at the age of 94 on Sunday, March 3, 2019. 

Josephine was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Vincent Parrillo.  She is survived by her two children and their spouses: Adele and Angelo Petillo of Flemington, NJ and Vincent and Carol Parrillo of Basking Ridge, NJ.  She had four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Born in West Virginia, Josephine spent most of her life in Morris Plains and Basking Ridge, NJ.  She was a die-hard Yankees fan who had a passion for crocheting and baking.  Josephine brought her delicious coffee cake wherever she went and was “famous” for her eggplant parmesan.  She was a dedicated volunteer at the Bonnie Brae School for many years.
