E. Kenneth (Ken) Williams, Jr., 68, passed away Thursday,March 15, 2012 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. The son of late Gloria Shaw and Edward Kenneth Williams, Sr., andhusband of Nancy Williams, was born in Englewood, NJ, raised in Ramsey, NJ,attended Ramsey High School, and was agraduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers University School of Law. Throughout his successful career as adiligent and fastidious commercial real estate attorney, Ken held positionswith Fidelity Union Trust Co., and had been a partner in Greenbaum, Greenbaum,Rowe & Smith, Seiden Wayne, and most recently LeClairRyan. He was an active member of the NJ Bar Assoc.and various trade associations. Ken was the proud Recipient of the Silver Beaver Award, EssexCouncil, NJ Boy Scout, an avid Mad River Glen skier, golfer, boater, dog lover andlongtime member of the Porsche Club of America. He loved spending time with his family at the Jersey Shore. Ken will be greatly missed, fondly remembered, and is survived byhis loving wife of 43 years Nancy; brother Greg Williams; sister Jill Myreski;son Edward Kenneth (Kenny) Williams III and wife Julie; son Shaw and wifeAlison; grandchildren Marley Balkau and Edward Kenneth (Kenny) Williams IV andGolden Retriever, Yankee.
