A’ny my boy...it was a pleasure to have known you during our kid years. You were the only guy I ever knew who was happier just living other than myself, ha ha.
Let’s play some football in the “Rose Bowl”
A true B’ville original. Nice to hear you had a great family and life.
RIP my boy!

Dear Joan and family -
Barb, Brooke, Chrissy and I are so saddened to learn of Anthony’s passing. I first met him through my brother-in-law Joe DiVanna and my sister Dianne in 1968. We had long talks about cars, as I worked at Bernardsville Ford in the summers in the late 60s and had a Detroit Mustang he very much admired. Barb and I got married in 1972, and just by chance moved to Tysley Street around the corner from you guys and started a family. As you know, Brooke, Chrissy and Melissa had years of fun together. Anthony and I had lots of laughs - about the good times and crazy things I did with his racing friends - Alby and Sunny Pistilli, Ernie Morra, and his “younger generation” of friends, every car of which he knew - Toni Batti’s (Corvette Convertible) Frank Ginny’s (Road Runner) Jimmy McCue’s (Buick Grand National), John Santini’s (Camero Z28), Frank Yingling’s (Chevy 396 SuperSport), Peter Dickinson’s (Shelby GT 500) and Joe Ventriglia (the Island Dragway driver of our cars).
Last time I saw Anthony was at a car show at Lord Stirling with his gorgeous Corvette. We talked again of good times. And I learned you are related to Tommy and Patty. So please give them my condolences..
He was a great guy. So sorry.
Scott Guibord.

Joan and family, our sincere heartfelt condolences. Carol and I are deeply saddened for the news of Anthony’s passing. Knowing and working with Anthony was the highlight of my life. His humor kept us laughing all the way to the job sites and all the way home. When I heard my wife laughing from the other room, I knew it was Anthony calling. His love for his family and especially for his grandchildren was unmatched. A dedicated human being who demanded perfection in everything he did. He will certainly be missed by many.

Anthony’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

We were friends from 5th grade at St. Elizabeth’s ( Sister Valerie would pick on us and send us for haircuts at Bruno’s Barber shop.) right through high school. Although we all went our different ways, we still saw each other from time to time and reminisced about the good ole days. You will be missed old buddy. I promise you that!
God bless you and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
