Obituary of Dorothy M. West

Dorothy West, 95, of Basking Ridge, NJ, passed away on Wednesday March 7, 2012 at her home in Fellowship Village. Born in Punxsutawney,Pa, she moved to Bryn Marr, PA, then to Boston, MA, before settling in Bernardsville, NJ. She loved to play the piano and got her dream piano in 1959 a refurbished 1916 Steinway Baby Grand which she still had. Dorothy spent most of her life spreading her love of music with others teaching many to play the piano. She is survived by her son Jerry and Rick, and 3 grandchildren, a nephew, Frank, and a niece, Sue. A memorial service was held at Fellowship Village on Tuesday March 13, 2012.
