I am sorry to hear of the loss of this young man. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Many wonder at times,"Is death stronger than God? Of course not! How could death—or any other “enemy”—be stronger than “God Almighty”? (1 Corinthians 15:26; Exodus 6:3) God has the power to undo death by means of the resurrection, and he promises to do just that in his new world. How sure is that promise? Jehovah God’s own Son, Jesus, tells us with words that can fill our hearts with hope.—Read Matthew 22:31, 32. I sincerely encourage you to take a moment and read this passage and you will find comfort at this difficult time.
Please take care.

I didn’t know Connor or your family but I’m a father of 10 and 7 year old boys from Chicago and can only imagine your loss. I am in Disney World this week and found a beautiful card with Connor’s picture with Abe Lincoln and a $10 bill attached to it in Animal Kingdom. I used it for MY kids and doubled that to pay it forward and left it at the toy section in Magic Kingdom hoping someone else finds it and does the same. Just know your boy’s memory is living on all over.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I heard the news after the services were already held and was sad to not be there for him. Connor was such a wonderful boy. He will be greatly missed by so many. He was always so kind and respectful and just a joy to have in class. I only knew him for a short time but, I have very fond memories of him in his violin lessons. Love to you and your family at this difficult time. He will be greatly missed by so many.

I am just a stranger who passed by the Church today after lunch and I saw Connor's photo posted right outside the door. I felt that Connor was the bravest boy and now he lives in heaven. He will live in the heart of his family forever. I am also inspired by his soul. I will cherish every moment and not to live in pain any more...Thank you, Connor!

A boy named Connor infected the world with his smile
He loved Star Wars and sports and was without guile
Loved beyond measure with his future ahead of him
Life took a blind turn and left the world more grim
But this is not the end of his story
He lives beyond what we know in a forever glory
In the snowflakes and drops of rain
He is still there perhaps a seed of grain
Ready to blossom in heavens realm
A small tree that will rival any elm
The pain of losing him will always be there
Someday it will ache instead of throb
A wound to bare
This son, grandson, brother, cousin, friend
Extends beyond this earthly border, he does not end
He will not be forgotten, he will always be
A beautiful ten year old boy who is now forever free
For Connor

Connor’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope. https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/wp20140101/

I am very sorry for your loss . Losing a loved one in death is such a difficult thing to experience . Please be comforted by the promises in the Bible . Jesus tells us at John 5 : 28 , 29 that all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out . What a loving provision put in place by the God of all comfort so we can have the assured hope of seeing our dead loved ones live again one day . Meanwhile as I pray for that day to come I ask Jehovah God to bless your family and give each of you the strength to endure this most trying time . For more information please visit jw.org .
