Obituary of Ethel F Hart

Ethel F (Costello) Hart, 91 passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018 surrounded by her family. Ethel was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, James, parents –John and Margaret Costello, sisters Margaret Davis and Kathleen Cheshire.

As a Lifelong Yankee fan, Ethel was born in Newark, resided in Kenilworth then later moved to Basking Ridge. She was enrolled in the Cadet Nurse Corps where she received her RN degree. She worked at Newark Hospital and later at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

She is survived by her children, James Hart and his wife Sue, Daniel Hart and his wife Melissa, and Patricia Hart, her three grandchildren – who she loved dearly – Patrick Hart and wife Tara, Michael Hart and wife Leigh, and Sarah Falzarano and husband Jeff. Ethel was blessed with seven great grandchildren who she adored – Sean, Ryan, Gia, Ainsley, Dublin, Matthew, and Cara.

A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 11:00 am at the Church of St. James, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ.
