Alex- I'm very sorry about the passing of your dad. "Special" will always be remembered as a great guy who loved his children and Bayley Basketball. I won't be able to attend the service, and I wish I could, but I REALLY have to scout a game tomorrow night- but if it snows, you never know. Take care of yourself and your brother and sister. You're one of the best we ever had and always will be.

Frank was an intelligent attorney and a special man. He was my mentor from 1979-1984. I worked for Frank at Wharton, Stewart & Davis as his Litigation Paralegal after graduating from college. To this day I remember how he challenged me to "think" of all the possibilities when we worked on a case. Among the family photos hanging in his office were mementos from the many cases he successfully defended/won. I've thought many times about calling Frank to thank him for teaching me so very much. I now regret that I did not make that call to let him know how much his guidance still means to me today at age 51. You can be very proud of your dad and all he accomplished; he was very proud of all of you. Thank you Frank and rest in peace until we see each other again. Vicky

My thoughts and prayers are with Frank's family. He was a great man.
I fondly remember the first time I met Frank, It was St Patricks Day 1994. I was the Deputy for Manville Court and I had to assign a lawyer for someone who was in S.C.J. to appear in court that evening and of course Frank was the next one on the list.
Frank came in my office and asked who was the person who pulled him into court on St. Patricks Day. I appeased him by giving him a piece of Irish Soda.
He told me I made Irish Soda bread just like his mother and every year after I would give him a loaf.
He was always so helpful to me when I started out and had a lot to learn. I will always have fond memories of Frank. Your family and Frank are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you. Betty Rybski

Frank was a mentor and friend. I knew him as an associate when I was first hired in 1981 and after we both left Wharton Stewart and Davis, we practiced in Somerset until I left for corporate practice in 2001. Frank was the single best attorney I ever saw "summing up" a case- making his point clear and powerful and overwhelmingly persuasive. He was a great advocate. He was of course extremely charming. He was also decent and clear sighted. I will always cherish our friendship and his many kindnesses to me and my family. Earl Bennett
