Obituary of Hannelore Gerhardt

Hannelore Gerhardt, 76, of Warren, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2011, at the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains, NJ with her family at her side. Mrs. Gerhardt was born in Germany to the late Adalbert and Paula Geib on April 25, 1935, came to the US as an infant and lived in Warren for the past 50 years. Mrs. Gerhardt was predeceased by her husband Gerard Gerhardt. Surviving are her son Peter Gerhardt and his wife Barbara of Flemington, NJ and daughter Heidi Wilkins and her husband Ken as well as her two granddaughters Sarah and Allison of Northwood, NH. Also surviving are her sister Rose Marie Ferguson and nephew Scott. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her loving memory to the American Cancer Society. A memorial service and celebration of her life was held at the Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church Chapel on July 12th, 2011 at 11 AM.
