Obituary of Shirley Filiberto

Shirley S. Filiberto We say goodbye today to our friend and family member Shirley, who has gone through much pain and sorrow this past year. In our sadness we must be happy for her now that she is in a better place. Shirley was born in England in March of 1934. In 1954 she met and married her husband, John, who was stationed in England while serving in the Air Force. They started their new life together in New Jersey and lived many years at Beacon Hills Farms in Long Valley, New Jersey. In the early 80's John and Shirley moved to Texas where they purchased a ranch, raising cattle, horses, and producing hay, finally retiring in Tyler, Texas to enjoy their last days together. Shirley's husband John Filiberto precedes her in death. They had two children, Karen and Larry, both deceased. She leaves behind many friends and family in England, New Zealand and in the U.S.A. We all will miss her laughter and loving spirit. May she now rest in peace.
