Mary McKenna, 63, of Basking Ridge, passed away on Monday March 28, 2011 at the Morristown Memorial Hospital. A liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Friday April 1, 2011 at St. James Church 184 South Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ at 11:00am. Mary was born and lived in Pittsburgh, PA till age 18 then moved to Salzburg Germany. Coming back to USA 2 years later, she settled in Pittsburgh while her family grew before moving to San Francisco Ca, then moving to Basking Ridge, NJ in 1986. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Mary (Betty) Haas, a brother Charles Haas, and a granddaughter Cathlyn Prohigh. Surviving are her husband Michael McKenna, 3 children John and wife Christine Ritt, of Stewartsville, NJ, Rachel and husband Tom Prohigh, of Levittown, Pa, and Adam Ritt, of Annandale, NJ, 7 grandchildren Conan Ritt, Patrick Ritt, Avery Ritt, Emily Prohigh, Melissa Prohigh, Kate Prohigh, and Caragh Prohigh, as well as a brother Thomas Haas.
