Martha J. Bell, 67, of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, died on January 31, 2011. She and her husband of 45 years, John M. Bell, were residents of Basking Ridge for the past 38 years. Mrs. Bell was born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and was a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Bell Wager, her son, Andrew Bell (Catherine), and 4 grandchildren, all of West Chester, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her sisters, Evelyn Oliver of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania and Lois Allen, of Littleton, Colorado. Services will be private.
