Ruth H Frommelt, 101 of Bayville, passed away on Thursday December 16, 2010. A funeral service will be held on Monday December 20, 2010 at 11:00am at the Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 South Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 followed by burial in the Somerset Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, 95 Mt Airy Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ. Born in Cerro Gordo, NC, Ruth live in Bernardsville for many years moving to Liberty N.Y., Stanhope, NJ, North Carolina for 10 years before moving back to the Manahawkin and Bayville area in 1994. Ruth was a School Teacher in Virginia and later became a Registered Nurse. She worked at Greystone State Hospital as well as the Lyons V.A. Hospital where she retired in 1968. She was pre deceased by her husband Harold Frommelt on August 16, 1974. Surviving are her two Children Harold of Bayville, and Joseph of Budd Lake, four grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, a brother Joseph High of Deep Gap, NC, and a sister Margaret McCloughy or Morristown, NJ.
