During our lifetime you possibly can develop a relationship with someone special. I have had that experience and pleasure in meeting George. We worked together at ADP and as I got to know him, I realized what a special person George was. He was a man of integrity, loyalty and was a true professional. He loved his family dearly and friends that he trusted. The most important quality anyone of us should possess is empathy for people and he exemplified this in many ways with fellow business associates and clients he worked with. He will surely be missed.

"Esch", as we called him, was a long time, wonderful friend. My husband George (now deceased) and I once lived close to Dot and Esch when they lived in Morristown, N.J. We had lots of fun together, especially our weekend trips to Skytop, a mountain resort that we sometimes retreated to with mutual friends. How George and I missed those good times when we retired to Florida, but lo and behold Dot and Esch vacationed down here, so the good times continued and the golfing was good!
Esch was fun, smart and always willing to lend assistance to whomever and whatever. Often, he would help me with financial advice and he also liked to talk politics. And thanks to him, my George finally learned how to make a good martini. Esch is memorable not only because of the fun times and the fact he was a good friend and businessman, but because he was a good person. He always seemed content. I never knew him to have a "down" day or to complain. He loved his life and his family. I will surely miss him - and I offer my condolences to you, Dot, and to all your family.
