It is with profound sadness that I learned of Mr. Dolan's passing when I returned from a trip. I will never forget my years working at "Crummy" as his secretary. I took the job without even meeting him and that decision brought me years of laughter. He and Mrs. Dolan were guests at my wedding and I do believe to this day that he was the star of the reception! I have so many fond memories of our weeklong Irish festivities in March and waking him up in his office after his business trips to Japan. My deepest condolences to his incredible family and especially to Mrs. Dolan- the love of his love life.

To the family of dear Mr. Dolan,
I have nothing but fond memories of Mr. Dolan. He always put a smile on my face. I work in the Philadelphia office now but back in the 80s, I worked in the Newark office and it was Mr. Dolan who brightened my working days at "Crummy". One of my fondest memories is of St. Patrick's Day of 1986. I was overdue for the birth of my first child and was still working. Mr. Dolan suddenly places a gift on my desk and says to me, "Dottie, go home you're making me nervous." The package contained a baby bottle covered in shamrocks! Mr. Dolan loved all of us and we all loved him. I will always remember him as being one of the most wonderful people I have ever known. My prayers are with you all, Dottie Peseller

Dear Naddy and the members of the Dolan family,
Maryann and I were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of your dear Chuck and dad from this life, but we all know that especially Chuck has achieved his heavenly reward in heaven, a gift that has been promised to all of us who have lived Jesus's words on this earth. Chuck always braved the storm that he had to encounter all of those years and you Naddy was right by his side loving him and rendering him the help that he required.
May the Good Lord rush him to his eternal reward for we can now ask Chuck to guide and nurture us until we can be with him in heaven for all eternity.
Semper Fi Good Marine and Crusader, and remember us all still here on earth that we may follow the white embers of the heavenly trail that you have left behind for all of us.!
Love to you all during this difficult time!
Bill & Maryann Christie, ( Vero Beach & Osterville, MA.)

To the family of John Dolan
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4
The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. As we have previously noted, the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. ‘But surely that is wishful thinking!’ for some may say words of encouragement please go to JW.org
Sincerely,
Roberta

We are sad but filled with happy memories of our summers at Spring Lake many years ago. Lots of laughs while working at the Warren Hotel, particularly that one summer when we put on an extended show for the guests as a result of a bad patch of weather that forced us all inside. Also, we were blessed to have Chuck and Nad as godparents to our youngest son, Thomas. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family.

God grant eternal peace and rest to his kind and gentle soul...
To the Dolan family, all we can say to you is that when God made Chuck, He threw away the mould.
A giant of a man who was imbued with justice, honour, integrity, kindness, generosity, sincerity, and compassion. And a great lover of life, possessed with a vast sense of good old Irish humour.
To us, that just about begins to sum up the man that was Chuck Dolan.
We have so many happy memories of fun times with him and with most of you, his adored family, here in Killarney and the Killeen House.
There's an old Gaelic language saying that translates into English as "We will not see his like again" It could have been coined for Chuck.
You are in our thoughts and in our prayers.
God bless you all and keep you all in this terribly sad time.

My deepest sympathies on the loss of a "gem" of a man.
A great legal mind but a better husband and Dad-- and a true friend.
Chuck will be sorely missed but his struggles are now at an end....
So many memories, but the parade in Normandy oh so many years ago is a
stand out. My prayers for you Naddy and all the clan.
Love Susie
