Obituary of Filomena I Mascaro

Filomena Mascaro, 91, of Bernardsville, New Jersey, formerly of New Hyde Park, New York, passed away Tuesday March 12, 2013 at Morristown Medical Center, after a brief illness. Filomena Mascaro was born in Brooklyn, New York and was married to her husband, Alfred Mascaro, for 35 years, who predeceased her in 1986. Filomena loved to sew, cook and garden and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Filomena was the loving mother of her daughters, Loretta Mascaro of Bernardsville, Janet Fasanelli and husband Richard of Ridgefield, Connecticut, Anita Wallden and husband Robert Wallden of Scotch Plains, and Lisa Miano and husband Alfred of Basking Ridge. Filomena was the cherished grandmother of Robert Wallden III and wife Vanessa, Christopher Wallden, Stephen Wallden, Marissa Fasanelli, Gabriella Miano and Nicolas Miano. Filomena was recently blessed by the arrival of her beautiful first great granddaughter Summer Wallden.
