Michael F Triolo Obituary

Michael F. Triolo, 54, passed away on September 16, 2025. He will be remembered as a faithful husband, devoted father, loving son, caring brother, sports enthusiast, life-long learner and passionate culinary artist who touched the lives of everyone he met. In fact, Michael was often referred to as "the modern-day renaissance man" who could do it all with ease and was always happy to share his vast knowledge to elevate others.

Michael leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Diane and his beloved children, Nicholas and Ava, who were the light of his life. He is survived by his parents, Patricia and Dominick Triolo, his brother Tony Triolo and his wife Maria, his sister Chrissy Kubik and her husband Keith. He also leaves behind his adored nieces and nephews Tim, Brian, Em, Anthony, Sarah, and Catherine, Justin, Paige, Chad, and Don who brought him immense joy, as well as the many close friends who loved him.

As a successful former executive at Microsoft Corporation, Michael brought the same creativity and dedication to his professional life that he expressed in all his endeavors. Over the course of his career Michael invested considerable time and gained tremendous satisfaction mentoring others, and seeing them flourish.

Despite his strong, muscular appearance, Michael was known by all as the gentlest soul, kind to everyone he encountered and beloved by the countless friends whose lives he touched. Given how he valued family and prioritized being together, Michael planned many memorable family vacations. Those who knew him best will remember him for his extraordinary gift in the kitchen. Michael was an exceptional chef who believed deeply that “food is love.” He found joy in creating and sharing delicious, healthy, innovative meals with family and friends.

As a passionate sports enthusiast, Michael was a devoted fan of his beloved Yankees and New York Giants. He could spend hours analyzing every play, discussing strategy, and debating the latest trades with anyone willing to engage. True to his nature, Michael used his love of sports as another way to forge connections, turning every game into an opportunity to bring people together and share in the excitement of competition.

Michael's generous spirit, gentle nature, creative mind, and warm heart will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His ability to connect with people from all backgrounds, combined with his genuine kindness, made him a friend to all. His legacy lives on in the countless meals shared, the friendships he nurtured, the love expressed through every dish he prepared, and the beautiful memories he created with those he cherished most.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Michael's memory by sharing a meal with someone you love.

Services will be private. A public service to honor Michael's memory will be shared at a later time.
